Shipment and delivering terms

• We guarantee the delivering to the deliverer in 1 working day for all the products except out of stock.
• We reserve the right to modify the shipment type and company, as long as it would not be detrimental to our customers.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Nationals:
  • Peninsula and Balears: deliveries within 2 working days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: deliveries within 5 working days
• The rest of the European Community: 5 working days
• Rest of the world: 7 working days

The shipping costs appear on the shopping cart according to the destination zone chosen:

Catalonia: 4€
Spain: 5€
Europe: 15€
World: 20€

Returns

• You have a term of 14 days, from the moment you receive the goods, to return the product.
• The shipping costs go to your account and the credit entry will be done according to the same procedure as for the payment.
• To return a product you have to contact with us first through the contact form , entering your name and surname, number and date of invoice.
